Introducing the Rich Text Editor in the “new ticket” screen and numerous other improvements.

Rich Text Editor

Rich Text Editor is now available in the “new ticket” screen, along with the “ticket reply” screen released in the previous version. This development should improve client experience, allowing them to format their requests with lists, bold, underline and other familiar formatting controls.

The handling of certain HTML blocks, especially fixed-with ones (pre, code) was improved.

Ticket toolbar

The ticket toolbar was slightly reorganized, to group the ticket options in a more efficient manner, and to allow better multi-line breaking of the options on mobile devices.

We put “jump to bottom”, “save” and “allow auto-close / client close / reopening” in a new line, so the buttons don’t move around depending on the name length of the agent and department.

Other improvements

We have fixed some minor issues with Easy Digital Downloads integration and PeepSo integration. This version also introduces further PHP 8 compatibility improvements.

When searching, the ticket count in the main menu will now reflect the amount of tickets found. It is now also possible to search for a specific ticket ID.
