New Ticket Options for Better Control
Managing support tickets is now more flexible with new configuration options:
- “Allow Client Close” switch: Prevent clients from closing their own tickets if necessary, ensuring support teams have the final say.
- “Allow Reopening” switch: Control whether clients can reopen resolved tickets or require them to submit new ones.
- Renamed “Prevent Autoclose” to “Allow Autoclose” for clearer configuration.
These updates give administrators more control over the ticketing workflow, reducing confusion and improving efficiency.
