Outside of these legal requirements, Awedesk takes proactive steps to permanently erase client data from our systems to uphold our commitment to data privacy and security.

Clients acknowledge and agree that the use of Awedesk’s Services is at their sole risk, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with the client.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the bottom of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
