Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Terms

1.1. Awedesk, Inc. offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new product purchases. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us and open a billing ticket. We may ask for the reason for your refund request to improve our products and services.

1.2. Awedesk, Inc. also provides a 7-day money-back guarantee on automatic renewals, subject to the condition that the purchased products have not been downloaded, updated, or used after the renewal payment was processed. We send out three notification emails prior to the renewal charge: one month, two weeks, and three days before the renewal date. These emails are sent to the email address used during the initial purchase. Failure to receive these emails does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. To ensure email delivery, please whitelist the following email addresses: newsletter@awedesk.com, support@awedesk.com, and contact@awedesk.com.

2. Non-Refundable Services

2.1. Services provided by Awedesk, Inc., including but not limited to Installation & Configuration, Custom Code Development, and any other services requiring manual labor by Awedesk staff, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refund requests are processed by the Awedesk billing team within 10 business days from the date the refund request is received through the proper channel.

3.2. Upon approval and processing of a refund, your license will be disabled, and the purchased products will cease to function. Additionally, you will no longer have access to downloads, updates, or technical support.

4. Acceptance of Policy

4.1. By making a purchase from our online store at Awedesk.com, you agree to this Refund Policy and waive any rights to question, judge, or take legal action against it.

4.2. All sales are made in USD. Awedesk, Inc. is not liable for any differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund. Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used.

5. Breach of Policies

5.1. Refunds will not be granted if you are in breach of any of our other policies or license agreements.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Any disputes opened directly with payment processors, with or without prior contact with Awedesk, will be resolved through their respective channels. Concurrently, the account on Awedesk.com and any other Awedesk, Inc. websites associated with the disputed charges will be terminated.

7. One-Time Refund Policy

7.1. This is not a free trial policy. Each client is eligible for only one refund. If you have received a refund previously, subsequent refund requests will not be granted.

8. Policy Changes

8.1. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this policy regularly.

Awedesk Software as a Service

1. Cancellation

1.1. At Awedesk, we value the flexibility of our clients in managing their subscriptions. Either Awedesk or the Client may elect to terminate an account and subscription to a service by the end of the then-current Subscription Term. Notice must be provided through the official Awedesk contact channel no less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Subscription Term. This ensures a smooth transition and closure of the services provided.

2. Termination by Awedesk

2.1. Awedesk reserves the right to terminate any client account at our discretion without providing the cause for such termination. In the event of termination by Awedesk, a refund for the unused portion of the subscription term will be issued from the moment Awedesk ceases to provide services to the client. This ensures fairness and accountability in our operations.

3. Refunds

3.1. Clients must understand that, except in cases where termination rights are exercised by the client as described above, no refunds or credits for subscription charges or other fees will be provided if a subscriber terminates a subscription to a service or cancels its account prior to the end of the Subscription Term. This policy helps maintain the integrity and sustainability of our services.

4. Dispute and Account Termination

4.1. Should a client issue a dispute for payments made for Awedesk’s services, Awedesk will terminate that client’s account and permanently prohibit the client from using Awedesk services in the future. This measure is taken to protect the operational integrity of Awedesk and ensure a trustworthy relationship with our clients.

5. Currency and Refunds

5.1. All Awedesk pricing and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars). Awedesk is not responsible for any variations in currency exchange rates or any associated fees that may occur during the refund process. This policy ensures transparency and consistency in our financial transactions.

6. Agreement to Policy

6.1. By signing up for Awedesk services, clients explicitly agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of and understand these terms, as they form a binding agreement between Awedesk and the client upon subscription to our services.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. This policy is subject to change at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the bottom of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
