User preferences

We added a simple User Preferences panel where they can change their email, password, name and opt-out from the notification emails.

The notification emails opt-out can now be also achieved without logging in by clicking a link included in the email footers.

Loading of long lists of replies

The single ticket view now prioritizes the most recent replies – with the ability to load older ones on top of the view. This improves the experience working with very long tickets – as it’s now not necessary to wait for all replies to load to see the most recent ones.

Other improvements

The database structure has been optimized for better performance. The header has been reorganized further for better clarity and ergonomy.
