There are two options to display the single/ individual ticket. With the “Client info” in the panel on the right collapsed or expanded:


- Client’s ticket history
In the panel on the right, there is a list of all tickets created by this client. Different colors indicate the current status of each ticket: New, Pending, Answered, or Closed (in that order). You can open/ go to any of them from this list.

- Basic User info
The basic client’s info, as shown in the example above, displays:
– avatar
– username
– email address
– website
– user’s registration date.
When the user’s name or avatar is clicked, the relevant WP User user profile will open in a new tab.
Clicking the email address will copy it.
Clicking the website link will open the site (registered in the WP user profile) in a new tab.
- EDD integration
If the EDD integration is enabled (WP-Admin > Awedesk > Configuration > Integrations > Easy Digital Downloads), the additional related to the client’s EDD account information is displayed:
– link to the EDD Profile (opens in a new tab)
– client’s total spending
– purchase history
– licenses keys

- WooCommerce integration
If the WooCommerce integration is enabled (WP-Admin > Awedesk > Configuration > Integrations > WooCommerce > Tickets), the additional related to the client’s WooCommerce account information is displayed:
– link to the WooCommerce Profile (opens in a new tab)
– client’s total spending
– purchase history
