Clicking the author’s or agent’s name triggers filtering- show all tickets created by this client, or assigned to that agent, as below:

It’s also possible to filter by Autor and Agent at the same time. To go back to the All Tickets view you need to close that filter (x).
When this filter is applied, you will also see further relevant sorting in All Open, Mine, New, Pending, etc.
