- Coupon is valid.
- Required agreements are shown.
- Webhook settings are correct.
Coupon Fails
Check:
- Coupon is active.
- Coupon is not expired.
- Coupon applies to the selected product.
- Coupon applies to the selected price.
- Currency matches.
- Customer has not exceeded their limit.
- Store has not exceeded total redemption limit.
Customer Cannot Access Account
Check:
- Customer is logged in.
- Customer uses the same email used at purchase.
- Customer record exists.
- Customer is linked to a WordPress user.
- Account page is assigned and repaired.
Customer Cannot Download
Check:
- Order is paid.
- Download file is active.
- Customer is logged into the correct account.
- Access has not expired.
- Subscription is active if access depends on subscription.
- File exists.
Subscription Is Past Due
Check:
- Gateway shows failed payment.
- Dunning email was sent.
- Customer has a payment recovery link.
- Retry schedule is active.
- Payment method update works.
License Activation Fails
Check:
- License status.
- Product coverage.
- Activation limit.
- Activated domains.
- Local and staging policy.
- Multisite policy.
- Customer entered the correct key.
- Product package is current.
Updates Do Not Appear For Licensed Software
Check:
- Release is published.
- Release is not paused.
- Rollout includes the customer.
- Manifest is published.
- Customer license is active.
- Product version is older than the release.
- Customer site is activated.
Store Health Shows Warnings
1. Open Store Health. 2. Read the warning. 3. Follow the recommended action. 4. Retest after fixing. 5. Contact technical support if the warning involves server configuration.
