If a subscription renewal payment fails, the store may send a payment recovery email.
Use The Recovery Email
1. Open the recovery email. 2. Select the recovery link. 3. Sign in if requested. 4. Enter a new payment method. 5. Save. 6. Wait for confirmation. 7. Open Account, then Subscriptions. 8. Confirm the subscription returns to active when payment succeeds.
If The Link Is Expired
1. Open Account. 2. Open Billing. 3. Update payment method. 4. Contact support if the subscription remains past due.
If You Are Asked To Sign In
Sign in with the account connected to the subscription. If you sign in with a different account, the store may not let you update that subscription's payment method.
If Payment Still Fails
Check:
- Card number.
- Expiration.
- Security code.
- Billing address.
- Bank approval.
- Payment provider message.
Contact your bank or the store support team if needed.
