  • Receipt email.

Contact support with order email and payment date.

Download Missing

Check:

  • Correct account.
  • Paid order.
  • Active subscription if required.
  • Product access period.

License Activation Fails

Check:

  • Correct key.
  • Correct product.
  • Activation limit.
  • Old domains.
  • License status.

Use the Account page to manage domains if allowed.

Payment Fails

Check:

  • Card details.
  • Billing address.
  • Bank approval.
  • Payment method availability.
  • Alternative payment method.

Subscription Is Past Due

1. Open Account. 2. Open Billing. 3. Update payment method. 4. Open Subscriptions. 5. Contact support if status does not recover.

Need A Refund

Refund rules depend on store policy. Contact support with:

  • Order number.
  • Purchase email.
  • Reason.
  • Product name.
