How To Manage Subscriptions

View Subscriptions

1. Open Account. 2. Open Subscriptions. 3. Review each subscription.

You may see:

  • Status.
  • Plan name.
  • Current billing period.
  • Next payment date.
  • Trial status.
  • Payment method.
  • Related invoices.

Cancel Subscription

If the store allows customer cancellation:

1. Open Account. 2. Open Subscriptions. 3. Choose subscription. 4. Select Cancel. 5. Choose immediate cancellation or end-of-period cancellation if offered. 6. Confirm.

Cancellation rules depend on store policy.

Pause Subscription

If the store allows pausing:

1. Open Account. 2. Open Subscriptions. 3. Choose subscription. 4. Select Pause. 5. Choose resume date if requested. 6. Confirm.

Your access may pause while the subscription is paused.

Resume Subscription

1. Open Account. 2. Open Subscriptions. 3. Choose paused subscription. 4. Select Resume. 5. Confirm.

Trial Ending

If your trial is ending, you may receive an email. Review the subscription in Account and confirm your payment method is current.

Past Due

If a subscription is past due:

1. Open Account. 2. Open Billing. 3. Update payment method. 4. Open Subscriptions. 5. Confirm the subscription recovers after payment succeeds.
