How To Use The Account Portal

The Account page is where customers manage purchases.

Sign In

1. Open Account. 2. Sign in with the account linked to your purchase. 3. If you do not have a password, use the store's password reset flow. 4. After signing in, return to Account.

Account Sections

You may see:

  • Overview.
  • Profile.
  • Billing.
  • Subscriptions.
  • Orders.
  • Downloads.
  • Licenses.
  • Invoices.

Overview

Overview can show:

  • Active subscriptions.
  • Next billing date.
  • Order count.
  • Downloads.
  • Licenses.
  • Payment methods.

Orders

Open Orders to see:

  • Order history.
  • Order status.
  • Products purchased.
  • Totals.
  • Related invoices.

Account Not Showing Purchases

If Account does not show your purchases:

1. Confirm you are signed in. 2. Confirm you used the same email address as checkout. 3. Contact support and provide order email.
