This article is for customers who bought a licensed WordPress plugin or theme.
Find Your License Key
You can usually find the license key:
- In your license email.
- In Account, under Licenses.
- In your purchase receipt if the store includes it there.
Keep the key private.
Install A Purchased Plugin
1. Download the plugin package from Account. 2. Open your WordPress site. 3. Open Plugins. 4. Select Add New. 5. Select Upload Plugin. 6. Choose the package. 7. Install. 8. Activate. 9. Open the product's license page if it appears. 10. Enter license key. 11. Activate license. 12. Confirm status becomes active.
Install A Purchased Theme
1. Download the theme package from Account. 2. Open your WordPress site. 3. Open Appearance, then Themes. 4. Select Add New. 5. Upload the package. 6. Install. 7. Activate or preview. 8. Open the product's license page if it appears. 9. Enter license key. 10. Activate license. 11. Confirm status becomes active.
License Page On Your Site
Some purchased products add their own license page inside your WordPress admin. The page can show:
- Product name.
- License status.
- License key field.
- Activate button.
- Deactivate button.
- Runtime behavior if the license is not active.
- Manual status refresh when available.
Deactivate A Site
If moving a license to another site:
1. Open the product license page on the old site. 2. Deactivate license. 3. Open the new site. 4. Install the product. 5. Activate using the same key.
If the old site is gone, use the Account portal to deactivate the old domain if the store allows it, or contact support.
Manual Status Check
Some products provide a Check Now or refresh action.
Use it when:
- You renewed a license.
- Support changed your license status.
- You deactivated another domain.
- Updates still do not appear after activation.
